So why do so many Veterans do not have a VA loan?

      The veteran is working with someone who is not experienced to do a VA loan. Every lender has VA rates to offer, but that does not mean they know how to complete a VA Loan. A VA loan is very different loan. The COE is part of the process for a the lender to do. When a veteran works with untrained lender, AS the lender tries to process the VA loan, the lender relizes they do not know how to complete the loan. The lender is forced to do only to do the loans they were trained on. the lender gives some reason as to why they cannot get a VA loan. Lots of times they tell a veteran they are not eligible because of their service. As a Honorable veterans this is not true.They will give a more costly loan or nothing at all.
