Clell  and I just want to thank you for helping us to get the VA loan. When you told us we could get a VA loan quicker than the VA lender we were working with, we really did not believe you. We were working with top VA lender. That was costly, and I feel we were doing the majority of the work. After we got the VA appraisal and inspections done with them, they told us Clell was not eligible for a VA loan. I believed them not you. It was hard believing you. You used our appraisal and inspections from the old lender. You got to work and fixed the VA issues. All you said you could do, you did. After our experience with the other lender it is shocking to us how fast everything went. We saved over $500 month on our mortgage payment. And we got the money out for my daughter’s wedding. By the way, the wedding was beautiful!

       I have never had a mortgage before, thanks to Bob Brown he made it possible. I'm living in my dream home. I never imagined at 66 being a first time home buyer. He helped me make it a reality!
